I am Cotton, an illustrator who works primarily in their sketchbook or on procreate.

 

Usually I like to work with charcoal, pens and crayons. When I have the energy I love to experiment with clay and ceramics. I like to use these mediums to communicate feelings and thoughts I find difficult to put into words.

 

I gravitate towards nostalgic themes and connecting to childhood experiences and how it could impact my adult life. An important part of this for me is talking about things I’ve not felt able to talk about, hoping it creates space for more conversation.
